The winter is officially over, and spring has begun. It is still cold outside, but we don't have to wait that much longer before the new season will show its face. March is a month full of things to do in Copenhagen, mostly inside but when the sun is shining, you will find the copenhageners on the streets and by the lakes, trying to soak up all rays of sunshine. Anna, our student worker, has picked five things she'd love to do this month:
In February three new Michelin stars were given to restaurants around Denmark. Since 1995 the Michelin guide has also highlighted restaurants offering exceptional food at reasonable prices. They are called Bib Gourmand, and Copenhagen has many to choose from. So if your budget isn't ready for Michelin this month, the Bib Gourmand restaurants with great food at affordable prices are to try instead.
Even though Copenhagen might still be cold during March, it is also very beautiful with a blue sky and sunbeams lighting up the city. One of my favourite ways to see Copenhagen is definitely to see it from above. It is full of beautiful buildings, spires, towers and so much more. At VisitCopenhagen we have picked some of the best vantage points to climb to experience the amazing view. The Marble Church is one of my personal favourites.
