Gastronomic heavyweights: Michelin-starred restaurants of Copenhagen
Guide Michelin Nordic Cities 2026 has awarded a total of 31 stars to 21 restaurants in Copenhagen. Jordnær, Geranium, and Kadeau are at the top of the list as the only three restaurants in Denmark with three stars, while AOC, Alchemist, Kong Hans, and Koan all hold two stars.

Geranium in Copenhagen holds three stars in Guide Michelin Nordic Cities 2022, was ranked the best restaurant in the world in 2022 and is run by the world's best chef in 2011 Rasmus Kofoed.
