Propaganda opened in December 2021 and is run by the Italian sommelier and owner of Barabba, Riccardo Marcon. In the kitchen, former Noma chef Youra Kim shines with various Korean dishes like fried galbi rice, kimchi mandu (Korean dumplings), or glass noodle crab soup.
In addition to the food, Propaganda also impresses with a splendid wine card, which features a solid and varied selection of natural wines from environmentally and quality-aware vineyards. The concept behind Propaganda is to create a place that functions as a restaurant, wine bar, takeaway place, and bottle shop. The atmosphere at Propaganda is hip, though informal and relaxed and the prices affordable.
