Music is what makes Copenhagen go around, and the city is home to Vega, one of the best music venues in Europe. You will also find venues for classical music, jazz, blues, electro, house and world music. The choices are almost endless.

DR Koncerthuset
The concert hall DR Koncerthuset in Copenhagen is designed by French architect Jean Nouvel. The acoustics are amazing, and in 2012 the venue was named one of the 10 greatest concert halls of the new millennium by the renowned British magazine Gramophone.

VEGA
Hosting around 250 concerts a year, VEGA ranks among the nation's most popular and respected music and party venues. The focus is on rhythmical music, but nearly all genres are covered from electronic to hip-hop.

Drop Inn
Drop Inn is located in the centre of Copenhagen and since 1934, it has been a music venue for rock, soul and blues concerts.

The Grey Hall
The Grey Hall is the largest concert hall in Christiania. It was originally built in 1891 as a riding venue in the army barracks. When Christiania was founded in the 70’s it quickly became a focal point for everything art and music related.

Loppen
Loppen is an alternative concert venue, housed in an old army hall, in Freetown Christiania in Copenhagen. Since 1973 it has welcomed alternative, aggressive, provocative and danceable music.
