Beyla

The healthy and delicious plant-based, vegan café Beyla has reopened in new hip surroundings in The Carlsberg City District.

At Beyla it is all about sustainability and organic, vegan and mostly gluten free food - but not the too healthy way. The concept has been refined, while still embracing the laid-back. It is good quality and locally sourced food – some of it is even cultivated at their own agriculture in Nørrebro. Beyla is placed at Købkes plads (square) in The Carlsberg City District, and you can have food all day. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or just a cup of coffee. The kitchen serves classic favourites such as mean burgers. They also do take-away.

Beyla is founded by two Australians and they keep the Australian straight forward yet laid back-vibe in the hip and cool café. They want to offer an alternative to people who want worry-free food on the go. A vegan place where you never really discover the vegan part. The owners behind Beyla also run Restaurant Ark and Bistro Lupa, which has opened in the old Beylas locations in respectively Nørrebro and Østerbro.
