Slurp Ramen Joint
Slurp is a small eatery on Nansensgade in central Copenhagen that serves homemade ramen.
At Slurp, everything is made from scratch, from noodles made with wheat and rye from Bornholm to the home-cooked stock. And it shows in the taste experience of a bowl of ramen. The menu is simple and consists of two sides options, homemade kimchi and Korean fried chicken, as well as four different kinds of ramen, one miso-based, one vegan, one salt-based and one soy-based. You can enjoy your delicious and warming bowl of ramen on a barstool in the small and cosy eatery while you watch the busy chefs in the open kitchen do their thing.
