The menu celebrates flavour and quality. Ingredients come from small farms and recognised producers across Europe, and the menu changes with the seasons to make the most of what's available throughout the year.

For lunch, you can choose the 4-course set menu, and in the evening a 7-course menu is served over 4 courses. For both lunch and dinner, you can also choose from the à la carte menu, which offers an exciting selection of dishes.
