STREJF - Restaurant and Bar

Elsinore’s old venerable station building from 1891 houses Restaurant Strejf, elevated above the Station Square with a view to Kronborg Castle, the beautiful harbour front and the busy ferries with connection to Sweden.

Stylish yet relaxed
The station's special architecture with high-ceilinged rooms and beautiful tall windows, combined with cosy interior in warm natural colours, light curtains and candle lights, provides the restaurant with both style and charm. A lounge at the bar with soft settees in front of a bulky fireplace adds a homely and relaxed touch.

What's on the menu?
STREJF's menu card is true to the city's maritime heritage and offers lots of fresh seafood in delicious variations. If you prefer meat, the Roast of the Day is a good choice, or try the Menu of the Month based on 3 or 4 of the seasonal dishes, composed by the kitchen. On Fridays and Saturdays, try the seafood dish for two. See the evening menu here

Private Dining
If you and your guests want some privacy but still be a part of the restaurant, Private Dining can be reserved for companies between 10 and 14 persons. The lunch or evening menu can be made according to your wishes or be a la carte.

Lounge bar
The cosy lounge bar is open Tuesday - Thursday until 11:00 pm, and Friday - Saturday until 02:00 am.
