Posh Jah

The menu combines familiar izakaya dishes with Posh Jah’s own creations, ranging from elegant raw fish to fried chicken and tonkatsu. The menu changes with the seasons, and the kitchen works with seasonal ingredients from the garden, sea and farm. The result is a straightforward approach to Japanese cooking, where the ingredients and Japanese flavours take centre stage. 

The restaurant is located in bright surroundings in Prinsessegården in central Copenhagen. Here, the setting provides the backdrop for Posh Jah’s take on the Japanese izakaya, combining classic Japanese cooking with the restaurant’s own dishes and the use of Danish ingredients.

The drinks selection follows the Japanese theme. Alongside the food, you can choose from a wide selection of carefully selected wines, cocktails and sake, as well as the restaurant’s own ice-cold JAH beer.
