Parlør Wine Bar

After 20 years of living in Sluseholmen, Heidi Maiken Østergaard got tired of waiting for the kind of local place she had been missing herself. So, she decided to create it. On 9 September, she opens Parlør, a new neighbourhood wine bar at Sluseholmen 16A.

Parlør is built around a simple philosophy: “Wine you like, not wine you need to know.” The approach is deliberately uncomplicated, with both classic wines and natural wines served by the glass, alongside wine on tap, draught beer and drinks. If you’re hungry, the menu offers small dishes and snacks including charcuterie, cheese, sardines and other tinned delicacies, as well as sandwiches during the day.

The interior combines warm wood with deep Bordeaux-red tones, creating an inviting setting for everything from a quick glass after work to a long evening with friends. And while the atmosphere is relaxed, things get livelier as the weekend sets in.

For Heidi, Parlør is the local meeting place she felt Sluseholmen was missing: a wine bar that would rather be social than sophisticated.

Parlør is open Wednesday–Thursday from 14:00–22:00 and Friday–Saturday from 12:00–24:00.
