A true gem is almost hidden between the sculptural Advedøreværk and Hvidovre Hospital. You will find Nordlund Vingård, which has around 3 hectares of vines. The winemaker, who started as a student gardener on the site, fell head over heels in love with the winemaking process.
The name Nordlund comes partly from the farm from which the land was subdivided. The first vines were planted here in 1995, and today, the entire area has been converted to organic wine production.
When you visit Nordlund Vingård, you’ll meet the one-woman army that runs the business, the vineyard and the many events that take place. Since 2015, Miriam My Sandra Arcerito has been in charge of what has become a popular winery with room for social events, wine tastings and guided tours.
