MØS FRB

MØS FRB is an atmospheric café and restaurant in Frederiksberg, where seasonal ingredients and historic surroundings go hand in hand.

In the atmospheric Frederiksberg district, you’ll find a café and restaurant that perfectly matches its surroundings: MØS FRB. Here, guests are served flavourful, high-quality dishes with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients. At the café, you can enjoy everything from a great cup of coffee to lunch and dinner, and on weekends, MØS FRB also offers brunch.

MØS FRB is housed in the historic setting of Møstings Hus, a building constructed in 1800 and named after its most notable owner, Johan Sigismund Møsting. From 1813, Møsting held a prominent position as Minister of Finance and head of the Rentekammeret in the Danish government under King Frederick V, and from 1814 he was a member of the Housing Council. The café and restaurant occupy the ground floor of the building, while the first floor is home to an art hall showcasing Danish contemporary and modern art. The house is surrounded by lush green surroundings with views of Andebakkesøen.

Behind MØS FRB is a local Frederiksberg family. The restaurant was founded through a collaboration between father and son, Mads and Gustav Gyldenkærne, with Gustav serving as restaurant manager. He has previously been involved in opening Willys Bistro in Lyngby and Le Petit Rouge in Copenhagen and has also worked as assistant restaurant manager at Bouillon, also located in Frederiksberg.

Tables can be booked via the MØS FRB website. Please note that the restaurant is closed from January through March.
