MK Studio

Handmade porcelain ceramics from MK Studio in Frederiksberg. Unique cups, bowls and plates crafted with creativity, function and modern techniques.

Behind MK Studio are ceramist Magdalena and chef Michal, who met in Poznań, Poland, fell in love and went on to build a life and a craft together in Copenhagen. Their backgrounds in arts and crafts and gastronomy, respectively, give them an intuitive understanding of how tableware should both function and delight.

In their work, they combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques such as 3D modelling, 3D printing and laser engraving, which opens up new shapes, structures and expressions. Each piece is created with care and precision, and the collections range from everyday cups and plates to specially designed series developed in collaboration with cafés and restaurants that want tableware with character and identity.

The shop's shelves are filled with colourful cups, bowls and plates, each bearing the mark of handcrafted work and a keen eye for form and detail. Here you can explore the entire collection, be inspired by the many expressions, colours and shapes, and at the same time gain an insight into the artistic process behind them - and perhaps find just the right piece of porcelain to bring a touch of art into your everyday dining.

MK Studio combines function, aesthetics and creativity in every single form - and a visit here feels like stepping into a small, unique universe where craftsmanship and personality go hand in hand.
