Høst

Høst is a Nordic restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen, where seasonal ingredients meet interiors that balance the rustic with the elegant. The restaurant is located in a classic Copenhagen building on the corner of Nørre Farimagsgade and Ahlefeldtsgade. 

In the kitchen, Nordic ingredients and seasonal vegetables take centre stage. The menu reflects the restaurant’s approach to Nordic cuisine, bringing together rustic and elegant elements with a strong focus on flavour. For dinner, guests can choose between three- and five-course menus, with vegetarian menus also available.

The interiors are an equally distinctive part of the experience. Raw brick walls sit alongside Danish design furniture, creating a characteristic contrast between the rural and the refined. In this way, the surroundings reflect the same balance of rustic and elegant elements that characterises the restaurant’s approach to food. 

The design has also received international recognition. Høst has received several international design awards, including recognition at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, and has also been named the world’s most beautiful restaurant by the American travel magazine Travel + Leisure.
