Hellebæk

Hellebæk is a place with lots of groynes, scattered reefs, rocks and seaweed. You can be lucky to find schools of mullet, but otherwise sea trout is the big attraction. They appear in March, and until the beginning of June they seek food along the sand bar penetrations and groynes. Otherwise, the months from late August through to November are also excellent. Large trout have a history of being in abundance here, and particularly long lures, shrimp flies and artificial gobies work well here. Parking is available in the parking area on the main road no. 237 between Turbinevej and Bøssemagergade. From here you can fish a few hundred metres to the right and a long stretch towards the left.
