Graziano

At Graziano on Møllegade, they offer rustic and flavourful peasant food with roots in the Tuscan food tradition.

At restaurant Graziano on Møllegade, you can take a culinary journey to Tuscany. They serve authentic dishes inspired by the Tuscan mountain cuisine – the menu includes creamy pasta dishes, hot soups and fish. The wine list offers a wide selection of Italian wines to match every taste and occasion. The food is served on classic grandma china and the walls of the restaurant are covered with old family photos, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.

The owner of the restaurant is Jonathan Basløw Sørensen, who wants to honour the Tuscan food tradition that he learned from his grandfather – the man the restaurant is named after. The restaurant also has a cycling history. Cyclist and commentator Rolf Sørensen, Jonathan Basløw Sørensen's father, moved to Italy at the age of 17 as a cyclist – home to Graziano, who took care of him. Later, Graziano also took Jonathan under his wing and taught him all about the rustic and flavourful Tuscan cuisine. The family history is reflected in the restaurant's atmosphere, creating a setting where guests can enjoy a cosy, homely atmosphere in good company.
