Gårdhaven Streetfood

Located in the heart of vibrant Amager and just steps from Amagerbro Metro Station, Gårdhaven Streetfood is a new outdoor food market bringing together international flavours, local drinks, and a relaxed community atmosphere. Set in the green courtyard of Amager Centret, it offers an inviting space for everything from coffee and casual lunches to evening drinks and spontaneous dinners under the open sky.

The market features a selection of food vendors showcasing authentic street food from around the world. At El Patrón, Mexican chef Armando Vera serves traditional tacos, burritos and homemade guacamole, prepared using authentic techniques inspired by his hometown of Mexico City. Mamak by Belanja introduces guests to the rich and diverse flavours of Malaysian street food with dishes such as nasi lemak, mee goreng and roti john. Burger lovers can head to SmashTak, where two Argentine founders bring their passion for quality meat and bold flavours to a menu of perfectly smashed burgers and crispy sides.

The drinks selection focuses on local quality and craftsmanship. Guests can enjoy freshly poured craft beer from one of many Copenhagen favourites, ÅBEN, wine on tap from Vinhanen, handcrafted cocktails, and specialty coffee.

Designed for the Danish summer, Gårdhaven offers both covered seating areas and outdoor spaces, with heaters providing comfort on cooler days and evenings. Whether the sun is shining or the weather is a little more unpredictable, guests can enjoy the atmosphere year-round.
