Gabrielle
At Restaurant Gabrielle, there is a true Parisian bistro atmosphere – both in flavor and decor.
In a beautiful white building on Vestergade in the heart of Copenhagen lies Restaurant Gabrielle – sister restaurant to the Michelin-recommended Norrlyst and Theo. Gabrielle is an authentic French bistro where you can experience traditional French gourmet cuisine. The restaurant strives to evoke associations with French traditions, reflected not only in the flavors but also in the interior design. When you step inside, you are greeted by an atmosphere reminiscent of a Parisian bistro, with antique display cabinets, mahogany wood, white tablecloths, beautifully decorated porcelain, and tall, flickering candles on the tables. Head chef Simon Slott is in charge of the kitchen, creating dishes from local, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant places great emphasis on choosing suppliers who are local and prioritize animal welfare.
At Gabrielle, you can create your own dining experience by selecting your favorites from the à la carte menu. If you prefer to relax and be surprised, the restaurant also offers the head chef’s curated menu, which is adapted to the season’s ingredients. To accompany your meal, you can enjoy a wide selection of quality wines. After dinner, if you wish, you may round off the evening with an avec alongside your coffee or enjoy a classic French digestif as an elegant conclusion to your dining experience.
