Maybe you’ve already heard about CopenPay? In 2024, VisitCopenhagen launched the CopenPay campaign in collaboration with attractions in Copenhagen and the surrounding area, rewarding visitors for good deeds. The campaign ran over the summer and was repeated successfully in 2025. In 2026, CopenPay has become a year-round concept, offering rewards at more than 90 attractions in and around Copenhagen.

Did you know, for example, that you can receive free bike rental, a vegetarian lunch, or a delicious cup of coffee by choosing to cycle or take public transport instead of driving, picking up litter, or removing invasive species? CopenPay highlights and celebrates the conscious choices you make when traveling to and staying in Copenhagen.
