JunkFood
Travel by train to Copenhagen and receive a one-off ticket to our summer event hosted by JunkFood: Enjoy a communal lunch made from surplus ingredients and learn how JunkFood manages to serve daily meals to homeless people all over Denmark.
The lunch will take place on Saturday, 28 June, from 12 noon to 2 pm. Here you will have the opportunity to taste different dishes from the JunkFood kitchen, hear Rasmus Munk talk about the journey of establishing the project, and meet former homeless individuals who are now a part of the JunkFood family.
A treat will also be served from the Alchemist food-innovation center SPORA.
Lastly, you will be able to have a tour in the JunkFood Kitchen and talk to the staff that daily ensures the basic needs for people living on the streets.
