Kalundborg is a perfect gateway for adventures: A charming town, founded in app. 1150 by historic war hero Esbern Snare, with easy access to some of the grandest Viking historic sites in Denmark – and more.

The Viking Ship Museum and the Royal Cathedral of Roskilde is just one hour drive from Kalundborg, and legendary Viking Castle ruins Trelleborg can also be visited on an exciting day-trip.
