Kvarterhuset Culture House
Kvarterhuset is a major cultural venue located on Amager and close to Amagerbro Metro in Copenhagen.
Kvarterhuset is open all week with a public library and a cafe. The cultural venue offers free wifi, debates, concerts, children's theatre and creative workshops.
Kvarterhuset also includes the award-winning hall, designed by Dorthe Mandrup architects; a wooden house with glass windows from floor to ceiling, floating on odd concrete pillars as a futuristic playhouse.
Amagerbro Jazz also organises concerts two to three Fridays a month at the venue.
