    If you are interested in Copenhagen's expansion from fishing village to modern capital, this is one of the best places.

  • Frilandsmuseet 
    (The Open Air Museum) is where you travel back many centuries in time and experience what life was like in the country. It is an outdoor museum with authentic houses pulled down in their places of origin and rebuilt at the Museum.

  • Frihedsmuseet
    Moving up to modern times, we have, The Museum of the Danish Resistance. It tells the story of the Resistance Movement in Denmark during World War II.
     
  • Christiansborg Palace
    Here the legislative, the judicial and the executive powers are united in one building. You will also find the royal reception rooms used for state occasions and official banquets.
