Café Chill Out
Café Chill Out, in the district of Frederiksberg, is a fusion of café, lounge, bar and restaurant, modern interior and appealing surroundings sharing address with a fitness centre. In 2007 it was awarded ‘best new café' by a readers' poll in one of Denmark's daily newspapers. 100 percent ecology has not been achieved yet, but you can rest assured that the kitchen has done its utmost to provide you with a healthy menu, which you can eat with a clear conscience. You have a choice of carpaccio, wok dishes and salads on the menu, a large brunch buffet or an eco-shake to go with berries and fresh fruit.

Saison
Rich on taste, low on fat. That is the ambition at Restaurant Saison in Hellerup, a little north of Copenhagen. If you are in the mood for delicious food, but you do not want to compromise the taste, elegant Saison is worth a visit. The vegetables are taking a lead on the menu card. In fact they are the pride and joy of the place. If you are going for the low-fat, healthy lifestyle, you want to keep an eye out for the courses marked with a little heart on the menu card. They have lots of taste and a minimum of fat and cholesterol. If you, however, want a fatty treat, there is room for that too.

Meyers Deli
Meyers Deli has chosen to challenge the common belief that healthy food is boring food. In the deli at the bottom floor of the shopping centre Magasin at Kongens Nytorv and in the deli at Frederiksberg, a district of Copenhagen, you can treat yourself to some delicious meals without feeling bad afterwards. Both today's salad and today's special are healthy with less than the recommended 30 percent fat. In addition the low-fat dishes are all marked with three little hearts on the menu card, and you can eat them there or order them to go. Meyers Deli is a fusion of a café, deli, coffee shop and take-away, run by the famous Danish TV chef Claus Meyer. Most ingredients are organic.
