National Gallery
In The Children's Museum of Art there are exhibitions at children's eye-level, taking their starting point in the world of children. With art as the point of departure, the whole family can investigate exciting themes together and experience wonderful new worlds. Explore the exhibitions and visit the workshops and let the kids create their own works of art by working with clay, paper, paint and other fun materials. In the museum's permanent collections there are so-called "Children's stations" where the kids can experience the artwork in new and playful ways.

ARKEN
The art museum ARKEN in Ishøj on the outskirts of Copenhagen has often activities for art-loving children. The Children's Room offers various activities. The kids can for example create a drawing and hang it on the wall for everyone to see. And every second Sunday (odd weeks) at 12.30 there is a guided tour, in Danish however, for children of ARKEN's current exhibitions. During holidays you will also find that the museum offers workshops and concerts for children, and why not take the opportunity to explore the beach and the wildlife behind ARKEN.
