Copenhagen has a broad selection of cafés and restaurants, where you get good quality food at low cost.
Danish design at McDonald's
This is not your normal McDonald's. You know the food, and it is cheap, but enter the McDonald's fast food restaurant at Nørrebros Runddel in Copenhagen, and you will find yourself in everything but cheap surroundings. The usual 50's look is gone. Instead this McDonald's is furnished with the finest of Danish design. Eat your Big Mac in an Egg chair or Series 7 chair. Organic open-faced sandwiches at Aamann's
If you are the bread and butter type, try one of Copenhagen's newest lunch restaurants, Aamann's, in the Copenhagen district Østerbro. Choose one of the many kinds of bread and filling. There is everything from Italian sausage and pastrami to various cheeses. Then fill it with all kinds of salads, vegetables and homemade dressings.
