Parkering billetautomatThree different parking zones in Copenhagen

Copenhagen centre and the inner bridge areas "Indre Brokvarterer" which cover Østerbro, Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Amagerbro and Islands Brygge are divided into a red, a green and a blue parking pay zone. The closer you get to the city centre, the more expensive it gets.

Parking prices

Each parking pay zone has its own tariff. Tickets are purchased from the ticket dispensing machines placed around the parking areas (payable coins are 1 DKK, 2 DKK, 5 DKK, 10 DKK and 20 DKK) credit cards accepted as well. The bottom part of the ticket contains information about where you have parked and the validity of the ticket. You can tear it off and take it with you. The rest of the ticket must be placed in the front window, preferably at the side nearest to the sidewalk. Prices change occasionally, so please check website below.
