Shopping centres

Copenhagen's shopping centres and department stores usually stay open beyond normal business hours.

Amager Centret

Behind Amagerbrogade and Holmbladsgade you will find Amager Centret - a shopping centre featuring 72 stores with clothes, shoes, home accessories, sports and leisure as well as cafes and grocery stores. Closest Metro station is Amagerbro.

ILLUM and Magasin du Nord

In the heart of Copenhagen you will find two very popular department stores: Illum on the main pedestrian shopping street Strøget and Magasin du Nord on Kongens Nytorv square. Both are multi-storey. Here you can find the best Scandinavian and international brands when it comes to fashion, beauty and design.

Fisketorvet

Fisketorvet is Copenhagen's first major shopping centre. It is beautifully situated on the waterfront just outside city centre. The centre has several shops and restaurants and a multiplex cinema.

Frederiksberg Centret

Frederiksberg Centret is located above Frederiksberg Metro Station and is a traditional shopping centre with 65 different shops on several floors selling everything from clothes and shoes to hardware and groceries.

Field's

There is a Metro stop right outside the door, and Field's has its own exit from highway E20. The shopping centre has 3,000 parking spaces. Here you will find 150 shops on two floors and 115,000 square metres. One floor is reserved for cafes and restaurants, a gym and a children's play area.

Spinderiet in Valby 

Spinderiet in Valby is a new modern shopping centre with approximately 50 stores selling clothes, shoes and household items. You will find the shopping centre near Valby Station, only three stops on the S-train from Copenhagen Central Station.

Waterfront Shopping i Hellerup

Waterfront Shopping is located 100 metres from Strandvejen in the former Tuborg Harbour, where a new marina has been built.

The shopping centre offers 8,000 square metres of trendy shops and daily necessities as well as bars, cafes, playground, gym in a unique and exclusive environment. You can get there by car, bus and even boat.
