Copenhagen's hotel development: Facelifts, expansions and brand new hotels, November 2007
In 2006 Copenhagen increased its hotel capacity with 450 new hotel rooms, and by the end of this year another four new hotels will have opened their doors. At the same time a number of existing hotels have completed or will complete renovations. As a result, the city now offers a wide selection of contemporary hotel accommodation. And the development continues. The Copenhagen city area Ørestad alone will gain 2,500 new hotel rooms over the next four years.

The biggest budget hotel in Denmark
NCC Property Development A/S has agreed on a deal with the Danish hotel chain Cab Inn regarding the development of one of the absolutely biggest hotels in Denmark. The hotel will open in 2009 and offer 700 rooms in the city quarter Ørestad in Copenhagen.
