Video news releases - stock shot footage
Anders Kongshaug, International Producer at Wonderful Copenhagen® and, among others, producer for Reuters & APTN, has a free service for film and broadcast crews visiting Copenhagen.
He produces professional stock-footage, current affair features and presentation films from the region - free to use and download directly from the vnr.tv server. These takes and other technical and/or TV journalistic assistance can come in handy for broadcast and production companies visiting Copenhagen.
The new website www.vnr.tv is offering both stock-footage from Copenhagen and surroundings and other feature stories free to use in your broadcast production. The web-site could come in handy if you need additional shots from the Copenhagen area in broadcast quality, or are short on time during your visit.
The site's new download features allow everyone to download videos in three different qualities: Broadcast, DVD and CD. When asked for a username/password before the download, simply type download/download as username/password. Then you can save all videos and material on your computer and use as you please. To watch the videos you need to have Quicktime Player installed.
Besides this free stock-footage service Anders Kongshaug and crew also produce features to Reuters, EBU, BBC World, CNN, MTV and APTN in London - among others, and could be an interesting support for you and your editor in the future. Last year Anders and crew was recognised for winning "Grand Prix - Best Tourist film in the World".
