Wakeup Copenhagen - new low budget hotel

Arp-Hansen Hotel Group has revealed its plans for a new low budget hotel at Kalvebod Brygge in central Copenhagen. The two-star hotel is scheduled to open in the autumn of 2009.

Wakeup Copenhagen will open with 510 rooms at the new location at Kalvebod Allé in the autumn of 2009 and will become a quite new hotel concept in Arp-Hansen Hotel Group's hotel portfolio located in central Copenhagen. A new offer for the guests is to combine the stay with quick, comfortable quality.

The sooner guests book, the cheaper

The group's 10th hotel Wakeup Copenhagen will not only become the group's largest hotel but also a new low budget hotel with attractive prices - following the budget airline model Wakeup Copenhagen offers a number of rooms at each price level and the room will be charged upon online booking. Easy and affordable - the sooner the guest books, the cheaper.

3 and 4 star comfort at 2 star rates

Wakeup Copenhagen offers the price-conscious and smart guest cool and modern design in less generously sized but practically decorated and delicate rooms (from 12-15 sq.m) - with own toilet and bath of course, flat screen TV with a wide selection of channels to choose from, a nice workstation and free wi-fi. The hotel will become 100% non-smoking and includes allergy-friendly rooms with wooden floors and connecting rooms. In other words, a hotel which easily matches many 3 and 4 star hotels in Copenhagen in terms of concept and comfort but at affordable 2 star rates.
