Copenhagen International Summer Ballet 2006

Artistic director Alexander Kølpin is for the 16th time once again very proud to welcome you to Copenhagen International Ballet at Bellevue Theatre from August 3rd - 18th.

This year it is our pride to present no less than three choreographies made by three of the most popular and recognized choreographers in the world - Jiri Kylian, Ohan Naharin and Itzik Galili. And as something totally new the choreographers - Jiri Bubenicek, Vaclav Kunes and Adi Salant - will make three completely new world premières.

Experience an exceptional collection of dancers from Hamburg Ballet, Netherlands Dans Theatre Batsheva and Royal Danish Ballet. Give yourself an opportunity to visit the beautiful Bellevue Theatre at summertime with the cooling breeze from the ocean, watch the dancers, enjoy the music and be delighted to see them melt together to that very special Summer Ballet 2006 look.
