Discover Copenhagen on YouTube

It is now possible to get even closer to the life of Copenhageners. Wonderful Copenhagen has launched its own TV channel on YouTube, where a wide range of films about the city are available.

Portraits about districts Vesterbro and Christiania are already online and soon Nørrebro and Østerbro will follow.

"It is the Copenhageners themselves who advice us about the attractions and places to go in their part of town. Rather than we decide, it is the locals who advice tourists on what to see," says Palle Demant from Wonderful Copenhagen's Film and News Production department.

Wide selection of films

The team consists of him and two colleagues, who cycle around Copenhagen to produce films for the YouTube channel.

Besides the 3-5 minute portraits about the different parts of Copenhagen, several other movies are now available. These include Christmas in Copenhagen, the city's branding film and the Little Mermaid's birthday.
