The 2013 edition of the Michelin Guide Rouge has awarded Copenhagen’s restaurants a total of 15 stars, a record high for Copenhagen. The fully organic restaurant, Geranium, was awarded its 2nd Michelin giving the city two two-star restaurants.

The story of the little house is that from 1905, until the 2nd World War, it was a shoe repairers. In 1920 the 1st floor was built and the shoe maker moved in and lived in the 12m apartment. I don’t know what the little house was used for after the 2nd world War but since the 80’s it’s been a goldsmiths and a cafe. The house stood empty for 2 years until my partner Jacob Kamp and I took it over and I renovated it.
