Voucher
The sales agent sells CPHCARD through their distribution channels. The CPHCARD purchaser prints out a voucher. The voucher is created by the sales agent and approved by Wonderful Copenhagen. In order to do a voucher agreement, sales agents must issue a minimum of 60 cards with in a year. The sales agent gets a 10% commission. The CPHCARD purchaser can collect their CPHCARD at one of the two following collection points:

Bulk buying
A point of sale has to purchase a minimum of 60 cards at retail price. The cards cannot be returned or refunded if unsold by the end of the season. CPHCARDs and guidebooks will be sent to the point of sales at the beginning of the season. The sales agent will get a 10% commission that will be subtracted from the reported amount when settling to Wonderful Copenhagen.

Tour Package Cards
If a sales agent wishes to package CPHCARD with transportation and accommodation, the following rates apply (minimum 150 cards is obligatory). Tour Package Cards can be done on a voucher basis as well.

Conditions for CPHCARD (bulk buying and tour package cards)

  • Validity: CPHCARD is valid only when it is marked with the first day of validity displaying the starting hour (first full hour) and has a personal signature on the back.
  • Date stamp: For validity the CPHCARD must be validated with day/month/year with a marker. If a card is wrongly dated, the card must be returned, as an error card by the next report of sales and your stock will be credited.
  • Report of sales: When reporting before the 10th of each month, the reported amount must be settled via bank or check to Wonderful Copenhagen. Wonderful Copenhagen will not send any invoices for the reported amounts.
  • Commission: The sales agent will take 10% from the reported amount when settling to Wonderful Copenhagen.
  • End of year report: All CPHCARDs from 2009 should be returned to Wonderful Copenhagen before April 10th 2010.
  • Guidebooks: The guidebook is a guide to all the benefits CPHCARD offers. It should always be given when CPHCARDS are sold. The handbook is also available online at www.cphcard.com.
  • Sales material: Leaflet (DK/UK/DE or FR/ES/IT version) with a display. Sticker for windows ("CPHCARD - on sale here"). Posters and badges for sales personnel.
  • Responsibility: We must emphasize that CPHCARDs are securities. The point of sales is responsible for the CPHCARDS delivered, reception of cards, storage and settlement to Wonderful Copenhagen.
