The Royal Danish Theatre's Old Stage
The Royal Theatre's Old Stage at Kongens Nytorv in the heart of Copenhagen is from the late 1800's. The interior is glamorous with red velvet and crystal chandeliers. Here, you can enjoy virtually all forms of Danish and international theatre, ballet, opera, plays and concerts.
Det Ny Teater
Det Ny Teater - The New Theatre - is from 1908 and is known for carrying on fine traditions with great attention to quality. The country's first revolving stage was introduced here.
With more than 1,000 seats and 12,000 square metre, the theatre is one of the largest theaters in Denmark and the most visited. Big internationally known musicals often headline the repertoire.

Camp X in the district of Frederiksberg experiments with the theatre and sees how far it can bend and stretch and still be called theatre. Camp X has two stages, Aveny
