WIth his background from working at many other top restaurants in town, The Paul is now personified by Paul himself, meaning the cuisine consists of his own personal creations.
Inspiration for the restaurant's Danish/International cuisine has come from many different kitchens of the world. In the evenings, a seven-course menu with a matching wine menu is offered with an exquisite combination of flavours that are perfectly balanced. Prices are high and reflect the standard and creativity of what is on offer.The 'chef's table' for eight can also be booked. For what you get, the price is very reasonable though, and the atmosphere is much more relaxed than in many establishments of a similar calibre.
Outside Tivoli's season, The Paul is only open for parties and by prior arrangement.
At The Paul you can also book one of the separate private dining rooms which give some of the best views of the concerts in the gardens. << Back
