Restaurant a|o|c aarø & co.

a|o|c is located in a historic cellar under Moltke's Palace dating form the 1600s.

Until the summer of 2009, the restuarant was known as Prémisse, and one of the original Prémisse people is behind the new name - sommelier Christian Aarø Mortensen. The chefs Ronny Emborg and Michael Munk are new, and both have worked at some of the best restaurants in the world. The style is still gourmet focussing on all the senses, and the wine list is no exception.

With an elegant interior with Danish Design furniture, the experience at a|o|c shows that the Michelin star is well deserved.

There are also private rooms for parties of up to 16 people and the whole restaurant can be booked for large groups of up to 100.
