Paustian is in fact a luxury furniture boutique, but it is vastly overshadowed by its restaurant. This is where carismatic Bo Bech is at the helm with his unique blend of classical French gastronomy and his own unique experiments.

Restaurant Paustian offers an exiting à-la-carte menu, lunch and a three course dinner menu. The classical Brillat-Savarin, the experimental Alchemist and the vegetarian Chlorofill.

To accompany this there is an impressive wine menu with exquisite wines for any purse.

Restaurant Paustian in 2008 was awarded a star in the prestigious international Michelin Guide.
