Infrastructure development in Southeast Asia and particularly in Thailand has sustained and supported fast economic growth over the past few decades. The IABSE Symposium in Bangkok aims to provide a forum for academics, researchers and practioners on how to achieve sustainable infrastructure through planning, design, construction, operation, renovation, retrofitting and repairs.
