Welcome to LMC International Food Congress 2006:

Nutrigenomics and Health – from Vision to Food

Centre for Advanced Food Studies is pleased to invite you to participate in the LMC International Food Congress 2006 at the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University (KVL) in Denmark on March 15-16, 2006.

The congress will include: Plenary sessions, parallel sessions and a poster session.

Presentations on day one of the congress will explore topics within the field of “Nutrigenomics, Markers and Health”. The programme on day two will address topics within the field of “Nutrigenomics and New Food” – please refer to the scientific programme to get a more detailed description.

The official language of the congress is English.
