Marketing the congress

Below you will find the brochures and material Wonderful Copenhagen offers free of charge to help promote your congress.

Contact the congress department at kongres@woco.dk for further information and to order materials.

We recommend that you order materials to the total number of delegates, provided that the materials will be used in the conference bags. If the materials are to be handed out at a tourist stand, it is our experience that it is sufficient to order materials to approximately half of the number of delegates.

Shell-folders

Shellfolder forside A4 or A5 shell with fotos from Copenhagen and the text on front: COPENHAGEN. It has four different themes and back ground colours: Blue, green, purple and beige/grey. Please note that we have a limitation on the number of free shellfolders.
