Hilton Copenhagen Airport - Best Hotel in Denmark 2007

The annual prestigious "Danish Travel Awards 2007" was held on Thursday 11th October. For the fifth time, Hilton Copenhagen Airport was awarded in the category Best Hotel in Denmark, Copenhagen Area. 

General Manager, Claus Steiner, at Hilton Copenhagen Airport, received the award on behalf of the hotel. In his speech, he thanked the team members, guests, the voters and all previous General Managers of the hotel. Claus Steiner says: "It is a great honour to receive this prestigious award that reflects the high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty from our guests. At the same time the award is based on a very high level of quality focus and service excellence from our team members at the Hilton Copenhagen Airport. I am very proud to work with such a dynamic and focussed team".

Hilton was also awarded in this category in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. In 2001, 2002 and 2006 Hilton Copenhagen Airport received the award in the category "Denmark's Best Hotel Chain".

The Danish Travel Awards started 12 years ago and is the most prestigious recognition in the Danish Travel industry. The Danish Travel Awards are organised by the Travel Trade Magazine, Stand By.

Professionals from the Danish Travel Industry and the Danish Public voted via an anonymous Internet survey. More than 1,750 persons participated in the survey.
