World class architecture in Copenhagen

The architecture in Copenhagen is world class. The city celebrates this when Copenhagen Architecture + Design Days, Cph ADD, gets underway from 2 - 6 September 2009.

Treasure hunt for children at the famous building VM Bjerget, walks around the city showing both modern and historical architectural highlights and architectural offices in open space. For the fourth time Wonderful Copenhagen and participating organisations present Copenhagen Architecture + Design Days, Cph ADD from 2 - 6 September. It highlights architecture and design that give the public experiences that are out of the ordinary. And it is all for free.

About 100 cultural institutions, companies, organisations, networks, individuals and bureaus are invited to contribute with events, lectures and installations. They represent the established, the underground and the next generation and assure that the festival offers unique, fun and unusual experiences.

"We have a long tradition of architecture and design in Denmark and during the past years, Copenhagen has been ranked among the world's elite design centres. During Cph ADD, we show the public the best we have to offer through five days of world-class architectural experiences," says Martin Bender Event Director, Wonderful Copenhagen.

All events are free. It will be noted in the program if an event or activity requires registration.
