Another cocktail bar has opened in Copenhagen.
But it's not just another cocktail bar.
Because as well as being right by Tivoli, NIMB Bar is run by one of the best bartenders in the world, Angus Winchester. He has spent the past twenty years travelling the world to mix cocktails and run bars. Now he has settled in Copenhagen to make NIMB Bar match the best cocktail bars in the world.

Try a three-course cocktail menu
But it's not only the bartender who's special.
The concept of gourmet cocktails is about looking at cocktails as culinary delicacies. At NIMB Bar you can get a three-course cocktail menu which is seasonally inspired and created by Denmark's leading cocktail bartenders, known as mixologists.

The past few years have seen a surge of new cocktail bars popping up all over Copenhagen, which has otherwise always been known as a beer city.
Last year, it led to a competition to see which bar could create a new cocktail - the Copenhagen. The competition was won by the cocktail bar 1105, and is now on the menu at several of the coolest cocktail places in town - and of course at NIMB.
