Oubæk Restaurant was original opened in 2005 by Rasmus Oubæk. The gourmet restaurant recieved a Michelin star, but the following year he changed the concept, because it was too hard to make money on gourmet. Instead, Restaurant Oubæk turned in to a lunch restaurant and brasserie with small dishes at cheaper prices. But still in good quality.On the menu are among other Beuf béarnaise, mushroom ravioli and salted foie gras. The place is small, so booking a table in advance is recommended.
