Bøf & Ost

Restaurant Bøf & Ost is situated in the oldest house on Gråbrødretorv, the quaint square off Copenhagen's main pedestrian street. Over the years it has become almost an institution.

Here you are served Danish food with a discrete French twist - simple and good. You can have traditional open-faced-sandwiches, fish and shellfish, but the name Bøf & Ost (i.e. Steak and Cheese) indicates that there are always juicy steaks on the menu. And you can finish off your meal with an assortment of cheeses.

The wine card includes French and many other fine wines. Bøf & Ost furthermore serves wone from cask, you pay according to what you have consumed from the bottle, which is placed at your table.

The outdoor tables where you can follow life on the Gråbrødre Square, are an extra bonus during the summer.
