Behind the ice cream brand Ben & Jerry's are the two friends Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, who decided to open a small ice cream shop in 1978 in Vermont, USA. Since then they have grown and is not present all around the globe.Ben & Jerry's are very concerned about climate, the environment and fairtrade. The cooperate with The Fairtrade Foundation, 90 % of their packaging are recycled, and their ice cream is CO2 neutral.
